陳美恩女士是財務專才，有超過20年專業及商務經驗，曾於國際會計師事務所任職總監丶跨國企業及香港上市公司擔任要職。她對上市統籌丶盡職審查丶業務評估丶併購重組丶內部監控丶基金信託丶財稅規範丶公司秘書丶企業策劃及專案對接等經驗豐富。
 
陳美恩女士有創意丶有洞察力丶能顧及全面周到，造就陳女士畢業於香港大學，獲頒會計學士學位。陳女士持有英國曼徹斯特大學工商管理碩士學位。陳美恩女士為香港會計師公會資深會員、特許公認會計師公會資深會員、英國皇家特許資深會計師、香港稅務學會資深會員、獨立非執行董事協會會員。

 
陳美恩女士曾擔任特許公認會計師公會(ACCA)全球理事。陳女士亦曾為(ACCA)香港理事及中小型企業委員會主席達8年。陳美恩女士現為特許公認會計師公會(ACCA)全球治理、風險和績效論壇成員。陳女士是一帶一路發展聯會常務副主席及專家顧問（會計）。陳美恩女士著有「踏上一帶一路的時代巨輪」。陳女士熱心公益慈善，現為西九龍獅子會副會長。

Ms. Chan Mei Yan Hidy is a finance expert with more than 20 years professional and commercial exposure in international accounting firm, multinational corporations and Hong Kong listed companies. With sound business acumen, entrepreneurial skills and great leadership skills, she has been actively involve in IPO project management, Due Diligence, Business Valuation, Merger & Acquisition, Internal Control, Offshore Fund, Family Trust, Tax Compliance, Company Secretarial, Business Planning and Deal Matching etc.
 
Ms. Chan graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a bachelor degree in accounting. She also holds a master degree in business administration from the University of Manchester. Ms. Chan is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a fellow member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. She is a member of the Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association.

 
Ms. Chan was a Global Council Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Ms. Chan was Committee member and Chairman, SME Sub-committee of the ACCA Hong Kong for 8 years. Ms. Chan is the Executive Vice Chairman and Professional Advisor (Accountancy) of the Silk Road Development Association. She is also an author of “Step into the Era of Belt and Road.” Ms Chan is passionate about charity. She is Vice President of Lions Club of West Kowloon.
